Alex’s career began at just 13 years old, delivering newspapers before sunrise and getting to know the people on his route- a simple job that sparked a lifelong appreciation for hard work and meaningful conversations. He hasn’t stopped working since, gaining experience through high school, college, the corporate world, and eventually discovering his true calling in personal finance at the age of 24.
Now, with over 20 years in the financial services industry, Alex works with individuals, families, and business owners to help them pursue financial clarity and confidence. A large portion of his practice is dedicated to serving physicians, many of whom he’s supported from their residency through practice ownership and retirement.
Alex finds true fulfillment in educating young doctors on the priorities of financial strategy and serving as a resource and coach throughout their medical and personal journeys. From student loan repayment and buying a first home to building wealth and planning for the future, Alex is there every step of the way.
One area he’s especially passionate about is income protection. He believes protecting the ability to earn an income is one of the most important financial decisions his clients can make, particularly for physicians whose careers depend on their ability to work. He stresses not only the importance of having coverage but also having it through the right provider.
Outside the office, Alex enjoys life with his wife, Maya, and their son, Evan—his “little buddy” who’s often right by his side. When he’s not working, Alex can usually be found out on the ocean fishing, boating, cooking (and eating), or simply enjoying the outdoors. He finds joy in exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, especially through food, and taking in life’s quiet moments with a glass of sweet tea or lemonade in hand.
