Sharee Salvatore, MBA

Sharee Salvatore is the Chief Culture Officer at Northeast Financial Network, located in Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ.  She brings over 28 years of experience to the firm with her strategic, organized, and people-focused approach to every project. 

She is responsible for planning and executing all training and events for the firm as well as shaping and maintaining the firm's work environment. Sharee also oversees the marketing department within the firm, making sure the firm's vision and goals are always represented.

Sharee enjoys collaborating with teams, managing complex details, and creating successful events from concept through execution. Sharee loves creating a positive work environment and enjoys planning events for the firm within the community as well.

She takes pride in assisting in delivering impactful learning programs, onboarding initiatives, and implementing effective curriculum, which fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Sharee is committed to helping teams grow their skills, confidence, and career potential.

As a proud graduate of Villanova University, Sharee holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management with a concentration in International Business.  She also received her MBA from Monmouth University.

Sharee resides in New Jersey with her husband, Mike, and their three children.
